Welcome! If you decide to undertake a course of reflexology treatments, you have made one of the best decisions of your life.

I am an experienced practitioner, treating all the following:

More than that, I treat the person holistically. Illness, especially chronic illness, does not appear from nowhere! There is always an underlying cause or a precipitating factor. My aim is to help people identify this and then to trigger their own innate healing energy, simply by working on the feet.

Treatment is entirely non-invasive and, apart from shoes and socks, you will always be clothed.

I treat people in my own home in Rowlands Castle in a pleasant, quiet room.
